The Journey :
The Journey
Cacao
The journey begins with the medicine of cacao welcoming us. We open our hearts and melt into deep connection with ourselves.
Dance
Then we‘ll flow into ecstatic dance, where we explore our own authentic movement and the connection with others. As we fully arrive within our bodies and dance freely.​
Cuddle
After the ecstatic dance we relax and enjoy the heart open presence of each other in the cuddle space. The cuddle is accompanied by a Soundjourney.
Soul Tribe is a project very close my heart. I am totally in love with the combination of the heart-opening cacao, the dancing to ecstatic sounds and the connection that happens between people when they cuddle.
For me, Ecstatic Dance was and is the most joyful way to freedom from within. The connection that is created with the body allows the soul to fully land in the body. Since I have known Ecstatic Dance, I feel more at home within myself and on the earth. I love to make this path of free embodiment available to many more people.
My passion is to dance and to guide others into their freedom. As a facilitator I lovingly hold the space of the Soul Tribe Journeys together with my dear friends Lhamo and Seba.
